It is the matter of pride to pen down the message for the annual school magazine of Oceanic International School. My heart fills with immense pleasure as, I perceive the progress being made at Oceanic International School. The seeds of an idea sown in 2005 has quickly come to fruition and the school is growing into strong sapling. It is the endeavour of the Oceanic Welfare Society to make the academic like, a smooth journey full of joy and discovery. I extend my warm wishes to the principal, staff and students of Oceanic International School to continue this journey on the road of excellence. If our school is a pen, the parents are the ink, joining together we can write the success story of educational development of our children. I would like to welcome everyone to Oceanic International Schoool education is unending life long process. Every child is like a seed which has the potential to grow if it is nourished with love and care under the right guidance. In the current challenging time it is essential that children should not only good in academics but should also develop courtesy, discipline, smart personality, social sensitivity and be imbibed with the traditional values and cultural of our country.
Childhood is the best time to lay the foundation of the crore values essential for the overall development of the future citizen of tomorrow. Oceanic International School is a friendly school where each and every student is understood, valued and attented to. Our students our provided with the state of the art, facilities like well equipped science laboratory, computer laboratory and library. Equal attention is given to the development of the children both academically and in extra curricular activities like different sports, yoga, cultural activities, etc.
My message to the principal, staff, students and esteemed parents of Oceanic International School where we say "Oceanic Parivar" is to dedicate to a correct understanding of what education really means and let us all benefit from these understanding. At the end i would like to thank all the parents who have reposed faith in our institution and the ideals it stands for. Let me assure you that your loved ones are in safe hands.

“If children cannot learn the way we teach, why not teach them the way they learn" We, at Oceanic International School believe that education is a process of awakening individual potential to creative knowledge, but more importantly enlightening students with the wisdom that they must “never put a price tag on their heart and soul”. A good career is important but a good character is paramount. We believe that 'individuals' are the atoms that hold tremendous power within to serve as agents of change and thus are confident that our students, enriched with a sense of high morality and social responsibility will be makers of a virtuous society.
In a world of stiff competition, strife and unrealistic aspirations, it calls for sensitivity on our part as educators to help children understand that predicament is common to everyone. Problems and challenges need to be faced courageously with conviction in our principles and confidence in our inner strength and dreams. We at Oceanic international school, practice a "Responsibility, Caring, Integrity, Respectful, Academics and Cooperative" behavior with students and parents. These values, we believe, will enable our students to take a leadership role in learning and life.
